Rank and LP describe competitive progress. XP, levels and titles are separate account progression features. Read the ranked progress page for the current tiers and divisions, and use the result shown after each match to understand what changed.

Do not assume a fixed LP gain for every win or that a bot practice match affects your competitive rank. Use the dedicated ranked queue when you intend to play ranked.

A reliable bid is more useful than an ambitious one you cannot make. Count likely winners, consider your partner’s bid and check the total around the table. If the combined bids exceed the available tricks, at least one contract must fail.

Near a target score, protecting your contract may matter more than chasing extra tricks. Track accumulated bags before choosing whether to take an optional trick, and treat nil as a hand-based decision rather than an automatic recovery attempt.

Join the queue when you can remain connected. A partnership depends on both players taking their turns. Keep the tab active, use a stable connection and review the completed match result before starting another game. Practice unfamiliar rules against bots first.
