What you can write about
- Account problems: sign-in issues, email verification, password resets, lost guest progress.
- Bugs: scoring that looks wrong, a stuck match, cards that do not respond, unexpected disconnects.
- Player reports: abusive chat, deliberate disconnects or matchmaking abuse. Include the approximate time of the match.
- Privacy requests: a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion of your account.
- Partnerships, press and advertising enquiries.
Help us answer faster
Tell us your display name, the game mode you were playing, and roughly when it happened. If something looks visually broken, a screenshot and the name of your browser are usually enough for us to reproduce it.
Account deletion requests
You do not need to email us to delete your account, you can do it yourself from Settings. If you cannot sign in, write to us from the email address on the account and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
